We are seeking a talented and passionate Strategic Account Manager in Western U.S. to effectively hunt for new Enterprise customers and grow our existing named accounts in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry vertical market segments.

 

You must have proven sales experience working with laser scanning, 3D reality capture and/or digital twin industries to be considered for this role.

 

This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer. 


What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrate advanced industry knowledge and its relevance to the application of Reality Capture for BIM and Construction in the AEC industry.
  • Be able to identify key stakeholders and business drivers within target organizations and have the ability to convince executive, enterprise-level decision makers to purchase. Understand complex customer budgeting and acquisition processes.
  • Clearly articulate the strength and value of the Cintoo Platform technology and how it relates to the customer’s market segment. Consistently conduct research and pursue professional development to ensure competitive knowledge.
  • Understand processes in the above-mentioned market segments and the value that reality capture technologies bring to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Have existing network of connections in the Reality Capture field for the AEC industry in order to enhance opportunity growth.
  • Creative, highly motivated, self-starters that are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get directly involved in making things happen.
  • Collaborate with others and lead account strategies by consistently collaborating with teams across Cintoo and Cintoo business partners. Actively share knowledge and support/mentor team members. Be motivated and resourceful and take initiative to resolve issues.
  • Know and understand the sales processes and how to navigate inside complex customer organizations.
  • Can introduce Cintoo as a highly credible, trusted, and respected partner to key prospect companies in the AEC sector.
  • Turn our customers into vocal advocates for our solutions and coordinate with marketing to get them to support our webinar, blog, and customer success stories efforts.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute your Business Plan which outlines your strategic and tactical approaches for achieving your targets.
  • Maintain and develop the customer pipeline in accordance with Cintoo CRM solution.
  • Assist with development and coordination of sales and marketing initiatives within assigned accounts.
  • Build relationships within designated accounts to further Cintoo business and provide best in class sales service. Work collaboratively with Sales Manager, where applicable, to increase sales, account penetration and profitability.
  • Identify and engage key buyers and contacts within each account.
  • Prioritize sales efforts on high potential, higher margin opportunities.
  • Identify and influence accounts’ requirements for Cintoo solutions and ensure the solution meets the customer need.
  • Utilize CRM to maintain accurate and up to date records of account data, contact data, opportunity, and quote data; Understand the opportunity pipeline and ensure CRM data is up to date and accurate.
  • Provide forecast support utilizing CRM and the opportunity pipeline (monthly, annually, multi-year plan)
  • With Sales Management, establish performance goals aligned with account targets for account growth and profitability.
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively within and across Cintoo teams to stay up to date on projects, ensure understanding of offerings, and understand potential sales opportunities.
  • Ensure clients stay engaged and educated on Cintoo products and services through workshops (with support of Customer Success Manager), lunch and learns, meetings, and trade events.
  • Ensure customer feedback is communicated back into the organization and assist with Voice of Customer data gathering and collation.
  • Actively participate in bids & proposals for named accounts, including effective handover of relevant information.
  • Understand customer’s organizational structure, key decision makers and reporting relationships, purchasing process, and degree of influence of individuals involved in the purchasing process.


Requirements:

The ideal person will have proven experience building on existing relationships, eliminating competitive threats within our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your accounts. You’ll be a proactive member of our growing sales team, identifying growth opportunities for clients and aligning with their business objectives and desired outcomes.

 

  • 8+ years of deep experience in sales, account management and/or in a business development role where you are selling software solutions into AEC vertical market segments (preferably SaaS based solutions)
  • Experience selling solutions and processes associated with the industries served by Cintoo and likely to have worked for a solutions provider, Contractor or technology consultancy.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and negotiate based on desired outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Travel as needed for tradeshows and to meet with clients and prospects.
