We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of high-performing Account Executives (12 people and growing). The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, a passion for building and coaching teams, and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Location: Remote in the United States
Report directly to Chief of Sales Officer
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives to exceed quota and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Monitor key performance metrics and coach team members to continually improve performance.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecasting with your team and senior leadership.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members as needed.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage and report on pipeline activity and performance.
Requirements:
10+ years of B2B SaaS Sales Management or Business Development experience within US.
Proven experience in management at least 3 years.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, negotiation and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software.
Travel as needed for tradeshows and to meet with clients and prospects.
Strong self-management skills.
