We are seeking a talented and passionate RevOps for a permanent position (CDI).


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing and optimizing Cintoo’s sales technology stack.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM environment, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting, creating dashboards, and maintaining accurate sales data.
  • Perform data reconciliation to ensure consistency across sales and finance teams.
  • Provide analytical support to track key revenue metrics, including pipeline health, renewal rates, upsell tracking, and new logo acquisition, and sales forecasting.
  • Assist in identifying and automating at-risk customer analysis to improve retention.
  • Deal Desk Management: Play a crucial role in managing the deal desk, including the management of deal approval processes and support on quoting, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Document and streamline revenue-related processes and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset.
  • Integrity and discretion handling sensitive data.
  • Fluency in English and French.
