Cintoo is a fast-growing scale-up developing a SaaS platform at the convergence of Reality Capture and Digital Twins, searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a fast-growing business. Cintoo improves the performance and efficiency with a complete cloud-based, collaborative Scan & BIM platform to manage and distribute Reality Capture data such as laser scan data with no compromise to accuracy.  To date our customers have used our platform to host billions of square feet on active projects, across hundreds of sites in many countries in the Manufacturing, Construction or Energy industries.

 

Cintoo is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to oversee all lead generation, promotion and advertising efforts designed to build brand awareness, strengthen our market position, and achieve our business goals. You will work closely with Cintoo ’s Senior Leadership Team to build a brand that exemplifies our mission and connects our values with the values of our future clients. You will build a cohesive marketing plan, design and implement aligned marketing campaigns, and consistently monitor their effectiveness against defined goals. The Marketing Director will manage an existing team of content creators and graphic artists, and will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience Teams to ensure the brand is correctly positioned to create market demand and achieve our revenue targets.

 

This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

 

What you’ll do:

- Take full responsibility for Cintoo ’s short/long-term marketing strategy and the overall results it is expected to deliver to the company.

- Create/maintain a successful brand in the market that differentiates Cintoo from the competition and compels prospective clients.

- Build marketing plans and campaigns that create demand that converts to increased client acquisition.

- Collaborate with all of the cross-functional teams to drive consistency in messaging and alignment to our business objectives.

- Work with the senior leadership team to identify investments needed and create aligned budgets.

- Develop marketing strategies and standardized marketing/launch processes for new product and/or service introductions.

- Own the internal and external-facing messages for releases and ensure they are communicated to the market in such a way to clearly express our differentiated value.

- Manage the customer conversion funnel and lifecycle by driving impactful experimentation and optimization across digital advertising, web pages, social, email marketing, adoption programs, and reactivation.


What we are looking for:

- Someone who has a marketing experience in our current industries (Reality Capture, Digital Twins, BIM…).

- Someone who understands the importance of a brand and the role it plays in our client’s experience with the company.

- A marketing leader with the ability to create tight marketing and sales alignment and understand what drives successful pipeline conversion.

- An excellent people manager / coach / motivator with the ability to coordinate different marketing disciplines that align under a cohesive marketing strategy.

- A highly motivated, self-starter that isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get directly involved in making things happen.

- A leader who can be creative and work within budgets to produce best-in-class marketing deliverables.

- Cintoo will grow as a highly credible, trusted, and respected partner to the BIM, Construction, and Industry 4.0 markets.

- Our brand will be pervasive and will establish itself as a leader in the industry.

- Industry associations and Digital Twin technology thought-leaders will seek to include us to add value to industry conversations at events, roundtables, white papers, blogs, etc.

- Our brand will be a meaningful differentiator for our sales team.

- The BIM and Digital Twin industry will understand and value Cintoo’s portfolio of solutions.

- Our clients and users of Cintoo will continue to be vocal advocates for the brand.


Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience in Cintoo industries is a must-have (Reality Capture, Digital Twins, BIM…).

- Experience in a B2B marketing leadership role for a successful SaaS company would be a plus.

- Strong experience with HubSpot

- Outstanding communication (written and verbal), presentation, and leadership skills.

- Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, web analytics and account-based marketing.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience required.
