We are seeking a talented and passionate Finance Manager for a permanent position (CDI) to scale the finance department. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you will oversee the company’s administrative and financial operations while helping build scalable processes to support rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee accounting activities and manage relationships with external accounting firms and auditors
· Lead monthly and annual closing processes
· Prepare and deliver reliable financial reporting for management and investors
· Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
· Implement and optimize financial tools, reporting systems, and internal processes
· Structure and improve administrative and financial procedures in a fast-scaling environment
· Track KPIs and provide business performance analysis
· Work closely with operational and international teams
· Ensure compliance with financial, tax and administrative requirements
· Support fundraising, audit and investor reporting processes when needed
· Manage one direct report within the finance team
Skills:
· Strong finance and accounting fundamentals, combined with solid analytical and reporting skills
· Good understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue metrics, and scaling challenges
· Hands-on, autonomous, structured, and proactive mindset
· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
· Comfortable improving processes, implementing tools, and bringing structure in a fast-paced environment
· Fluent English required
Requirements:
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Business Administration
· 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or audit
· Initial experience gained within an accounting or audit firm is required
· Experience with closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
· Experience working with external auditors/advisors and coordinating accounting or billing activities
· Additional experience in a startup, scale-up, or SaaS environment is strongly preferred
