We are seeking a talented and passionate B2B Event Marketer for a permanent position.


Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and project plans for B2B events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Select and negotiate with venues, caterers, and other service providers.
  • Oversee the design and production of event materials, including signage, programs, and promotional items.

On-Site and Virtual Event Management:

  • Manage all logistical aspects of B2B events, including setup, registration, and teardown.
  • Ensure smooth operation of virtual events like webinars, including platform setup and technical support.
  • Handle any issues that arise during events to ensure a positive experience for all participants.

Lead Handling and Follow-Up:

  • Capture and manage leads generated from B2B events.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead nurturing.
  • Analyze event data and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event stakeholders, including sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees.
  • Provide regular updates to management on event progress and outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful B2B events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot is a pre) and virtual event platforms (like Zoom).
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Knowledge of the automotive, construction, and energy industries is a plus.
