We are seeking a talented and passionate Technical Support Specialist for a permanent position (CDI).  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as member of the level 1 support team, as point of contact for customers requiring technical support (emails, tickets on the helpdesk platform). 
  • Handling of level 1 requests and incidents: access to online technical documentation, technical diagnosis, etc. 
  • Follow up with the customer from the opening of the ticket to its complete resolution. 
  • Escalation of requests or incidents to level 2 support team. 
  • Detect incidents or recurring requests for continuous improvement. 
  • Contribute to all Knowledge Base, FAQs, Quick Start Guide and diagnosis tools. 


Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in technical support. 
  • Service-oriented and solution-maker. 
  • Good listener/reader and asking relevant questions to customers. 
  • Willing to learn and progress. 
  • Self-reliance, without forgetting teamwork. 
  • Rigorous and innovative spirit. 
  • Knowledge of Autodesk software would be a plus (Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, Recap…). 
  • Familiarity with Construction and Reality Capture solutions (hardware/software). 
  • Strong empathy for customers. 
  • Proficient in English is mandatory. 
  • Proficient in one of these languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian or Portuguese.

Working remotely from anywhere in France is possible but hybrid is preferred.
