We are seeking a talented and passionate Demand Generation Marketer - Global B2B Campaigns for a permanent position.

 

Responsibilities: 

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

o Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion.

o Manage global B2B campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.

o Oversee the creation and optimization of ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign assets.

Media Buying and Optimization: 

o Plan, negotiate, and purchase media across multiple channels to maximize ROI. 

o Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs. 

o Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies. 

Analytics and Reporting:

o Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.

o Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements and improve conversion rates.

o Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with the sales, marketing, and content teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business goals.

o Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and platforms to ensure seamless campaign execution.

o Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in media buying and optimization for B2B campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising, search engine marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot is a pre) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
