We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D WebGL Developer for a permanent position (CDI).  


Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, maintain and enhance the performance of our WebGL-based 3D rendering engine 

   for extremely large scenes (hundreds of billions of points/polygons). 

• Create new algorithms and implement new features that will improve our future products. 

• Collaborate with other developers to ship coherent and rock-solid products. 


Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years in software development or related experience. 
  • Development of real-time applications using Typescript and JavaScript (3 to 5 years minimum)
  • Rigorous development methods with testing and a passion for beautiful code (clean code). 
  • Willingness to learn and progress. 
  • Autonomy, innovative spirit, team spirit. 
  • Good level of written English. 

 

Optional desired skills: 

• Development of 3D engines/applications using relevant JavaScript API (WebGL + GLSL, WebGPU, Webworker, WebXR ...) 

• Mathematical concepts for 3D (vector, matrix, quaternion …) 

• Languages supporting Web Assembly as a build target (Rust, C++ …) 

• Familiarity with other rendering API (Vulkan, DirectX, OpenGL …) 

• Knowledge in existing 3D engines and/or 3D modelling software.

Remuneration according to profile. Work permit in France is mandatory. Working remotely from anywhere in France is possible but hybrid is preferred.
